Whether you’re greeting guests at the register, keeping orders moving, delivering food with pride, or maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Viva Chicken experience to life.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment guests walk in until they leave
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping things upbeat and organized
• Support the flow of service by expediting, running food, and assisting teammates as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistently
• Work as part of a team that values communication, accountability, and positivity

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and a guest-first mindset
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Team players who show up reliable, ready, and supportive
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Ability to bend, stand, balance, and carry items throughout a shift
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate
• Must be at least 16 years old
